Not unlike the parents I help now, the elite clientele I managed at British Airways for over 25 years, were hard working people in high demand. Many relied upon them. They knew there weren’t enough hours in the day to manage alone. They all had help. They weren’t afraid to ask for it. It was a symbol of their success.
